Chapter 5: Cloning Females

Pre-requisite HUMCLON101

This will use the gametes of the female to produce top quality clone of the female.

1. get the complete karyotype of the female being cloned from a cell of the person.
2. Collect at least 6 egg cells from the female's ovaries. The first mature egg cell is to be used as the surrogate mother cell. She will be pregnant with herself.
3. Collect the karyotype of the female from the nucleus of the egg cell.
4. Combine the chromosomes of the karyotype of the female.
5. Place the combined chromosomes of the female being cloned to the to the empty nucleus of the surrogate mother's egg cell.
6. Place the nucleus of the surrogate mother's egg cell to it.
7. electricute.
8. Wait until 8 cellular divisions.
9. Place embryo to surrogate mother's fertile uterus.
10. Wait 8 months, you have a female clone.
