Steps on cloning human infants

1. get stem cells from the baby being cloned from the cord blood.
2. get the complete karyotype-genome of the baby through newborn screening blood samples.
3. Run gene code decryptor. Fix genetic code problems and compile the chromosomes.
4. Insert improved chromosomes to empty nucleus of a surrogate egg cell.
5. electricute.
6. wait for 8 cellular divisions.
7. Implant on surrogate mother.
